What is your cancellation / refund policy for Coffee 101?

You may cancel your Coffee 101 attendance and receive a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled Coffee 101 date. For example, if you are attending a Coffee 101 on August 26th, your cancellation request must be received on or before August 19th.

To cancel your Coffee 101 attendance, please contact our customer support team or email info@presscoffee.com. Please include your full name, date and time of your Coffee 101 event, and the email address that was used to place your order in your message. Thank you.
