How do I spend my reward points in your mobile app?

Spending your reward points in our mobile app is easy! Here's everything you need to know:

MOBILE APP MINIMUM POINTS REQUIREMENT: In order to redeem reward points via our mobile app, you need to have accrued at least enough reward points to cover the total cost of your order. In other words, if the total cost of your order is $5.00, you need to have at least 100 reward points or $5.00 in PRESS Rewards to complete your purchase in our mobile app.

PARTIAL POINT PAY AT OUR REGISTERS: If you do not have enough reward points to cover the total cost of your order in our mobile app, you may wish to consider using partial pay with your reward points at the register of any PRESS location rather than placing your order via our mobile app. This will allow you to apply your available reward points to your purchase and pay the remaining balance via credit/debit card or cash. This may be done in-store at the register of any PRESS location with the assistance of your barista.

HOW TO SPEND REWARD POINTS IN OUR MOBILE APP

• STEP 1 | CHOOSE YOUR LOCATION: Select the PRESS location you wish to pick your order up from.
• STEP 2 | START YOUR ORDER: Add the menu item(s) you wish to order to your bag.
• STEP 3 | BEGIN CHECKOUT: Once you have added the menu item(s) you wish to order to your bag, begin the checkout process by tapping the bag icon pictured in the lower right hand corner your device and then tap the "CHECKOUT" button.

• STEP 4 | CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD TO APPLY REWARD POINTS: On the payment methods panel during checkout, tap "Change."

• STEP 5 | SELECT "MY POINTS" AS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD: Select "MY POINTS" as your payment method.

REMINDER: When spending reward points in our mobile app, you must have enough points to cover the total cost of your purchase. If you wish to pay for a portion of your order with reward points and the remaining balance with credit/debit card or cash, please place your order in-store at any PRESS location.

• STEP 6 | COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE: Verify that your total now reflects the amount of points you are spending to complete your purchase. Once verified, tap "CONFIRM & PAY" to place your order.
