WHY DOESN'T MY ORIGINAL GIFT CARD NUMBER WORK AFTER ADDING ITS BALANCE TO MY PRESS MOBILE APP?
When you load your PRESS mobile app with your gift card balance, that balance is now associated with your Rewards account ID. You may still spend this balance via our mobile app, ordering online for pick-up, or in-store.
To spend the gift card balance loaded to your PRESS mobile app at our register, let your barista know that you have a gift card balance on your mobile app that you would like to spend and present them with your Rewards account ID. Your Rewards ID will be inputted as your gift card number at our register to locate your balance. You may find your Rewards account ID on your app homescreen directly above "Scan to Earn Points."
