What is the difference between "Best By" and "Roasted On" Dates?

"Best by" dates are going to be found on PRESS bags in third-party retail locations such as a grocery store.

"Roasted on" dates are going to be found on bags that are purchased directly from PRESS at one of our retail locations or on our website.

How do I know when my coffee was roasted if it has a "Best By" date on it?

If your coffee bag has a "Best by" date on it, the date the coffee beans were roasted would have been 60 days prior to this date. In other words, if the "Best by" date of my coffee is June 30th, then the date the coffee was roasted on would have been April 30th (ie. 60 days or two months prior).
