What is the process for decaffeinating your decaf coffee?

Our decaf coffees found in online and in-store are decaffeinated using the following process:

Royal’s Select Water Processing is a chemical-free decaffeination method in which the green coffee is pre-soaked in water before being introduced to a solution of concentrated coffee solubles that draw out the caffeine without leaving an undesirable bitterness that many other decaffeination processes do. After the soak the green coffee is re-dried and packaged for shipment, while the soluble solution is recycled to be used again.
