Do my coffee subscription rewards expire?

Yes, coffee subscription rewards expire based on the following terms:

CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTIONS

Any store credit accrued will expire 45 days after a coffee subscription has been cancelled. Should you reactivate your coffee subscription within this 45 day window, you will be able to reclaim your subscription store credit and apply them to a future subscription order.

INACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT ACTIVITY

Any store credit accrued will expire after 6 months of subscription account inactivity. For example, if you keep your subscription active but continously delay / skip your recurring shipments for a period of 6 months where no recurring shipment occurs, any accrued store credit in your account will expire. If at least one recurring purchase occurs in a 6 month window, this 6 month window for expiration will reset which will allow you to retain all accrued store credit in your account.

ORDER STREAKS FOR FREE BAGS OF COFFEEE

As a PRESS coffee subscriber, you will receive a free bag of single origin coffee on your 5th, 10th, 15th, and 20th subscription shipments provided that you do not cancel your coffee subscription. If you cancel your coffee subscription in process of this, your order streak will reset to your first order (order #1) should it be reactivated at a later date. For example, if you are on order #4 of your coffee subscription (or one shipment away from your first bag of free coffee), elect to cancel your coffee subscription, and then later reactivate your subscription; your order streak will reset to the first order (order #1) after reactivation.
